COVID-19 Pandemic Hits 2020 Sail Racing Season
Just as all the racing schedules were being finalized the COVID-19 quarantines were launched. While the LMSRF Championships will be posted as originally planned, there may be adjustments as further quarantine extensions come. It is not possible to predict what will become of the 2020 sailboat racing season. We will strive to have meaningful series, taking into account the need to accomodate for governmental restrictions and the health and safety of all competitors. Check our web page regularly, your Area web page regularly, and notices in our e-newsmagazine, Lake Michigan SuRF.

Lake Michigan Sail Racing Federation renames Endowment Fund
To bring our association in alignment with current charitable giving operations, the former LMSRF Endowment Fund is now the Lake Michigan Sail Racing Foundation. A new logo is featured and will appear in our annual appeal materials, web site, Giving Tuesday and other program materials. The Lake Michigan Sail Racing Foundation provides the funds annually for our Grants-in-Aid Committee to utilize to make grants for training, competition, clinics, new events and more. Thank you for your generosity.
