LMSRF's Commodore and Secretary will be at the 2026 US Sailing Regional Symposium at Lake Geneva Yacht Club, Fontana-on-Geneva--Lake, WI, also on Saturyday, March 21, 2026 from 9:00 am-6:00 pm.

GRANTS-IN-AID PROGRAM UPDATED
Grants Requirements have a number of changes; appllicants need to heed them to guarantee their funding. There are now four application forms to simplify completing applications and to make it clearer for the Grants-in-Aid Committee to consider and make their recommendations. Hover over Grants-in-Aid in right navigation column and choose the correct form. New, important deadiines--be sure to meet them. Always download a fresh form-please do not reuse a past application.
LMSRF promotes sail racing competition on Lake Michigan for offshore, youth, and inshore one-design sailors. It also provides racing information through its newsletters, e-mails, website and social media, as well as educational programs on race management and judging.
For our members our charitable arm provides sailing education; organization and coordination of safe and fair sailboat racing; financial support to competitors to distant major championships; championships for adult & youth; communications; and recognizes greatness in the sport of sailboat racing on Lake Michigan.
